SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing & packing of your order, we apologize for potential delays due to COVID-19.

During high volume order times, orders can take up to 7 days to process. 

 

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy. If 30 days has passed since the order was placed, we are not able to issue a return or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn and in original condition including packaging and tags.

SALE ITEMS 

Purchases on sale items are final. Size exchanges are accepted if stock allows, shipping is at the customers expense. Regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 


CANCEL OR ADDRESS CHANGE

Need to cancel an order?
You can do so before receiving a shipping notification. Please check your email for this notification.

If you would like to cancel your order or change your address, please send an email ASAP to info@oaksdeeplyrooted.com. Our team does its best to accommodate these requests, as long as the order is unfulfilled. If you are requesting a change of address, please include the updated address within your initial inquiry. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee that these changes be made prior to fulfillment, and once an order is fulfilled, we cannot cancel or change the address.
